Glasgow based vinyl DJ and producer, Eubo, fell in love with electronic music at an early age, his love of techno truly began after attending his first few events in 2018. Since then he has developed a love for the old school sound, especially that of the early 2000s.

Having recently released an EP on Feedback Recordings, his productions don’t show any sign of slowing down, with multiple other label releases in the coming months.

He enjoyed digging deep for this podcast, taking on a deeper, groovier and more modern sound as opposed to his usual old school, drum centric sound.

Animal Farm bring you Eubo, one of Glasgow's most exciting up and coming DJs for episode 65 of the AF Podcast.

Eubo is a Glasgow based vinyl DJ and producer with a love for the old school sound.

Since attending his first few events in 2018, his interest in electronic music developed to DJing, and later on, producing tracks in his spare time.

Having recently released an EP on Feedback Recordings, his productions don’t show any sign of slowing down, with multiple other releases in the coming months.

Within this podcast he enjoyed a more old school, powerful sound, with tracks from the likes of Lars Klein, Marco Bailey and Tom Hades.

KHA023 marks the first release of 2025 on Khazad Records and we are thrilled to welcome Eubo to the Khazad family.

Eubo is an up-and-coming Glasgow based artist. A self-labelled groove enthusiast, he has already established his own distinctive sound of rolling yet heavy drumlines which instantly caught our attention.

This EP is is gritty and dirty, but with refined elements of repetitive rolling percussive rhythms and interjected with catch and well-crafted vocal chants and reese bass stabs throughout. This all helps to give the sense of a constant forward movement of energy.

Alongside the five original tracks, is a crushing remix of the title track from Patrick DSP. Through the introduction of crisp yet un-relenting mid-range drums and a harsh adaptation of the vocal chant, Patrick adds his distinctive touch and huge energy to this great remix.

I often have fun mixing blind after a delivery, before I get to know the tracks properly, so it's good to get it recorded.

Unfortunately my camera/recording cut off 20 minutes early, apologies for the abrupt ending, I'll make up for it in the next one.
