This album is an ode to point and click graphical computer adventures from the early 90s and their successors, and the utopian hypertext, scholastic attitude contained therein, a world of mechanical contraptions, teleportations to mysterious worlds, self contained ideal spaces...

Misty Picture is the collaborative project of Enchanted Lands and Wim Dehaen, exploring the alluring dimension of soundfonts, CG environments and digital ambience.

Enchanted Lands is a producer based in Prague, Czech Republic. Her work consists of digitally manipulated sound material, evoking ethereal landscapes, impossible beautiful harps and lush textures. Her debut EP was released on the Genot Centre label, netting her a newcomer of the year award at the Vinyla award. Her debut full length album, Cryptic Island Eco-Sanctuary was released as a digital file and game environment on the forward thinking Quantum Natives label.
Wim Dehaen is a chemistry researcher and trackmaker based in Prague, Czech Republic. He is the co-founder of the Genot Centre label and over the years has done various releases, also under alter egos such as BENELUX ENERGY and Mango Object. His interests include: dsp, systems and dance music subcultures.

" LANGUAGE ITSELF IS A REVOLUTION " traite de ce croisement du collectif et du singulier. Quelle place occupe la langue dans nos luttes et nos pratiques artistiques. A quoi ressemble la poésie aujourd’hui ? Et surtout qui la raconte ?

Chia et Léoni Léoni nous transportent dans un univers brut et intime, où la matière sonore est une poésie au croisement de l'ivresse onirique et de la puissance féminine.

" Enivrante et sensuelle, Chia nous transporte dans son univers mélodieux et poétique. Tout est pris en compte, tout se mélange : la perception du corps, le sexe, l’intellectuel, le spirituel. Aucune cohérence n’est nécessaire, seul le sentiment brut caché et lové sous de beaux mots, codés, joueurs et lyrique compte. Ils sont accompagnés d'un univers musical cloudrap à l’intersection du rap, de l’ambiant et du dancehall. Sa musique est une introspection à rejoindre le noyau, le centre, en passant par le tourbillon des sentiments.
Addict à la question, elle se pose toujours la même. Addict à la question, la réponse est toujours différente. “Je n’affirme rien, je suggère, je code et j’imagine”.
Processus chrysalidaire, à chemin d'un mi-confort d'une quête interne et d'une fermentation des sentiments et d'une volonté hardante de crever la bulle pour tout exteriorisé. 
Chia, sous vide, personnage non identifié baigne dans un univers flou au liquide régénérant parfois, toxique aussi. La dualité thermique entre éléments naturels, métal et peau. 
Chia est un corps subtile, un mélange de matière organique et mécanique. Aucune cohérence : du brut.
