Evamuss - Antitekno (sample 2018)

In 1998, Evamuss emerged in Lima (Peru) from the ashes of DiosMeHaViolado. From that time until 2003, Evamuss published 9 solo home-made albums and a lot of collaborations which leaved an estela of impossible, colorful and timeless soundscapes and a clan of fans in South American besides of catch the love and hate of the alternative local press. On November 2017, Evamuss resurrects. In the current days, its sounds mutated towards a warm and humid metalic jungle based in the use of electromagnetic sounds, bended electronics and organic trance’s sequences. Its recent appearance included tours between Portugal, Spain, france, Lithuania, Russia, The Netherlands, Germany and the publication of two releases with live based sets “Ajq'ij” (CD, 2018, Favela Discos) and “Antitekno”(Cassette, 2019, self-released) plus controbutions for compilations and splits in TAKOE (Russia), Unsigned Signal (Hungary), Troglosound (Italy) and Ravage Records (France). 

Evamuss is Sajjra Xhrs Galarreta Pando, one of the important figures of the Peruvian underground. With more than 100 releases published under different aliases on labels all over the world. As Evamuss, Galarreta published ten solo albums and many collaborations. Galarreta has been active since 1995 and performing extensively in South America, Mesoamerica, Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His constant metamorphosis has been extending to installation art, to vital poetry, to song-writing, to software hacking, to free improvisation, to electroacoustic and psychoacoustics compositions. His many side projects included: DiosMeHaViolado, Tica, Sajjra, Invisible Architecture, Melismas among others.
