Domino Effect Records are proud to present the first EP of 2015, in the form of Deep Matter's, Hornets EP. A good few months in the making and were finally happy to release the pack which includes remixes from MidnightMachiine, Dub.C & SecondSelf, MRJ, Cheap Picasso & Evasiv. This particular release offers the full package catering for House, Tech-House, Deep House and still finds the room to bring elements of the trademark Domino fire you've come to love! The two originals 'Hornets' & 'Payback' provoke serious movement on the floor, wonderfully arranged and polished perfectly.

MidnightMachiine were scouted in Africa after the international tour took the Domino team overseas to perform at the all mighty Gloom Festival in Maputo, Mozambique. Now the South African duo have hit the ground running with their infectious and devastating remix of Hornets, carrying similar elements of Kyle Watson we know this will do damage! Up next is the Dub. C & SecondSelf Rework, a full throttle festival workout, where the boys have created a pumping re-edit fit for any peaktime mayhem, third on the Hornets remix package is MRJ, after hearing his work with Golf Clap's Country Club Disco, we had to invite him in on the project and see what he had to offer, and if you enjoy the upbeat energy he is consistently crafting then this is one to check out.. Also on the remix are Cheap Picasso, the Edinburgh based duo have crafted an elegant new take on the energetic original, delving deeper into the mind with winding pads and eery yet beautiful effects. A journey in its own right, and very welcome indeed! Finally Evasiv, one of our homegrown Leeds talents, once again gives 'Hornets' a whole new perspective as his remix builds and builds in all the right places and provides an intense Tech-House big room makeover to finish..
