Ahoy, happy to share this recording from the last Atish All Night LA in 2019. I fondly reflect on this event as the most fulfilling event I’ve ever produced and one of the best crowds I’ve played for as a DJ. I’ve been lucky to have a deep and growing relationship with the LA underground scene, and this all-night warehouse party in LA was a culmination of those experiences over the last decade. This recording is a 1.5 hr slice from 2019, and I think it touches on a few of the moods I like to go into: housey, driving, progressive, deep, stripped, and minimal.

If you’re in LA this weekend, I hope you can catch Atish All Night (outdoors). I’ve moved the event from the warehouse to an open-air ranch just outside the city. This is lining up to be something special, I hope you can join.

Hard to believe it's been over a year since my last studio mix. A lot has happened since then, it's impossible to keep up. Yet at the same time I find myself frequently caught in moments of nothingness.

This mix does very little, and it also does a lot. Some of it's stripped, groove-focused, and lazy. But it transitions into something dense, complex, and anxious. My goal was to have each track reach a bit further than the last, leaving the listener to wonder where the hell we're all going. Sign of the times, in many ways.

Also happy to say this mix opens with a track from my upcoming collaboration EP with YokoO and another track from the release is a bit later in the mix. That EP comes out in a few days on YokoO's Satya label, and I'm quite proud of our work together on it.

Stelios Vassiloudis is a multifaceted composer, producer and DJ hailing from Athens, Greece. Active in the electronic music since the early 2000s, he has cultivated a sound of his own - one that reflects his rich and diverse musical background, transcending the dance floor via an emotional narrative of complex soundscapes, intricate harmonies and hypnotic rhythms. Classically trained, with a Bachelor’s degree in acoustical engineering and a Master’s degree in composition and arrangement, Stelios carved his path in electronic music by traversing the globe as a DJ and live performer - performing at i ntimate underground clubs in Beirut, festivals in Miami, afterhours in Tokyo, beaches in Goa and mega clubs in Argentina. His studio prowess and coveted productions cemented his reputation as a versatile and acclaimed artist, as he developed a formidable discography on esteemed labels such as Bedrock, Poker Flat, Ovum, Constant Sound, Darkroom Dubs and Balance, among others. Now, entering a new phase of his career, Stelios prepares to unveil his sophomore album, a collection of works that marks a departure from the narrow confines of clubmusic and represents the essence of what he’s all about – an album that mergesthe limitless possibilities of electronic music, his formidable training in composition and his diverse influences. Ten years on from the release of his debut LP, his detail oriented offerings remain incomprehensibly thought-provoking and thorough. Both emotive and technically astute, the creative intuition packed into All Else Fails is almost difficult to fathom - a balanced compilation of grand compositions, paired with subtle, nuanced pieces that is set to engage and entice audiences across an altogether broader spectrum. The 22nd Far blue concept is delivered by San Fransisco based DJ and producer Mark Slee.

Mark has taken an interesting approach while creating this blissful mix. The tempo makes a gentle arc up from 120 to 124 bpm and then back down again, mirroring the way the sun bends low over the horizon during a short winter day. From this oblique angle the light glows and glistens. 

So, for the next hour, let Mark take you on a ride which will warm you up for the cold days to come.

Taking inspiration from the sound of early synth-wave, post-punk, alternative rock and left-field house, Ciaran clashes upbeat synth melody with dark techno undertones, delivering an ever evolving sound that fills your heart while taking a bite of your soul in the process.

Once an Olympic runner, covering thousands of miles from the deep forests of the Pacific Northwest of the US to the high elevations of the Arizona red rock trails, music was for many a journey Ciaran' only companion. Removed from art and music in his youth in the pursuit of a dream to be the world's fastest mile runner, those long solo hours spent traversing trails for nowhere gave space and countless hours to form a bond and oneness with the collision of indie dance, eclectic and cosmic new wave.

From there a style was born not from traditional music language but formed from connectedness with the earth, breathing, rhythm.

eveava's versatility has earned her performances alongside a diverse range of artists, including Whitesquare, Perel, Axel Boman, Floating Points, DJ Tennis, Nicola Cruz, and Pantha du Prince.

In addition to her dynamic DJ sets, eveava's productions are equally exciting. She infuses rich percussion, spoken word samples, soulful grooves, and arpeggiated leads, resulting in a fresh sound. Both in the studio and on the stage, eveava consistently pushes boundaries with a sound that is deeply personal and highly danceable. Her unique style strikes the perfect balance between introspection and celebration, connecting with
listeners on both intellectual and visceral levels.

eveava was born in Medellin, Colombia and is currently based in Berlin, where she is pursuing her master's degree in Visual & Experience Design while finishing work on her debut EP.
