It was an absolute joy to share to share the decks, and a few beers, while covering some serious musical ground across the 2 hours .... we spun a completely off the cuff mix of stuff that we'd like to hear in a dark, sweaty, club... quirky electro disco, uplifting house, afrobeat, soulful house, nu-disco, 90s progressive classics and more! Just me on my own this time, as I didn’t get anyone to do the guest mix in time. I was mixing live for the first hour, then I handed over to… well, myself, for a mix that I recorded a few weeks back for a competition. I didn’t win, but I didn’t want it to go unheard by the rest of the world so it seemed a good opportunity to get it out there. Lots of older music across both hours, but a new one from me as well in hour 1.
