The five musicians share the fate with many amateurs: ambitious projects which could have been very nearly the “big breakthrough” dissolve without even touching the boundaries of subjunctive – save in moments of uninhibited transfiguration of the past. Instead of sliding towards the sunset years – while talking about how one “nearly made it” at every possible and impossible opportunity – the five still didn´t get it and created the next ambitious project out of the debris of the bands LAST TURION and GRAYMALKIN : EVEN HORSES. 

With such a burdensome inheritance it was evident very quickly where the horses would run to: “prog-rock” it should be somehow – but please without the common restraints in the scene, that dictate to purge heretics with questions like : ”What is GENUINE prog-rock?” ( to be asked with inquisitorial stare…)
Such you won´t find the doggedness one sometimes finds in the scene in the band. None of the musicians had to suffer his childhood in a closed laundry basket, not one of them ever had an encounter with a unicorn. None of the five was unbalanced while jogging by God with His (assumedly) twelve commandments concerning music. ( To be fair one should note that this could be in coherence to the affection of EVEN HORSES to slob about in smelly practice rooms, eat unhealthy food and knock strange arrangements of music together instead of going out jogging )

The listener should therefore NOT try and search a portentous metaphor behind every unexpected turn in a song, but rather imagine the fun EVEN HORSES had to arouse suspicion to the apparently defective CD player (….why does the f §$%&#ing thing jump to the next song now!???)
