A song about never finding your soulmate, I guess. Written and performed by Even Kern. The song has later been re-recorded by the singer/saxophone player Steinar Borvik in a slightly more country'ish style, which fit the song perfectly. Featured on the album "Simple Things" from 2014 (alongside songs written by the legendary Bill Champlin of Chicago. Who would have thought? :)

This song is actually in Norwegian. Translates to "As the forest sleeps". Picture shimmering, ghost-like creatures of Norwegian Mythology, dancing among the trees in the fog, when no human being is there to watch. Nothing dangerous, but somewhat spooky nevertheless ;-).
