There used to be a time in Hip-Hop (or music in general) where an artist had respect for his craft and created works of art, not just for the money, but for the impact it would have on the masses. There were no such things as gimmicks, clichés', or stereotypes, just great music! And though those days seem long gone compared to the music industry we deal with today, brandonForever believes in one thing...history repeats itself.

Born January 1986, brandonForever fell in love with music probably before he, himself, even knew it. His father was a jazz drummer, and early on he would sit and watch his father play on his drum set for hours. They would watch BET together and while the music videos played, brandonForever would watch as his father learned every song on his drums, sometimes even before the first chorus.

Although his father left him at an early age, one thing stayed...the music. brandonForever was obsessed with any and every style of music. From jazz, to rock and even opera, brandonForever loved it all. Of course, with Hip-Hop being his favorite, he grew up studying it as if one day he'd be tested on his knowledge. Little did he know that one day, he'd become not just a listener, but an MC himself.

His passion for making music of his own started sophomore year in high school, but with the knowledge and passion for music, he quickly began honing his skills as if he'd been rapping all his life. In 2002, brandonForever and his friends, PRMC and Link$, formed a group/label called MONEY$WORTH ENTERTAINMENT and started doing shows at local coffee shops, car shows, and anywhere else they could be heard. With college approaching the group tried to stay together but eventually broke up, due to all three going to different colleges. After a short spell in college, brandonForever came back home and he and PRMC tried to pick up where they had left off but eventually broke up again due to different paths they wanted to take musically. brandonForever was growing as an artist, and felt it was time to take the solo route. With that, he moved to Charlotte in 2007 and has been grinding ever since, doing shows, mixtapes, albums, etc. 

Just like a lot of us, brandonForever is no stranger to struggle, depression, and being on the verge of giving up, but he uses his music to keep him going, and hopes to one day have his music do the same for others. His style is like no other, and he always says, I hate when people ask me who I sound like because you don't compare great artists to others, you compare others to great artists; I want to be known as a great artist, not an other. With the passion, knowledge, and skill brandonForever possesses, theres no doubt that he will one day be that next great artist.
