An unsettling track that has been in the works inside my head for years. The amount of abusive, one sided relationships, whether physical or cybernetic, is worrying. Whether its greed from an employer, a toxic relationship that one is afraid too leave due too abuse being easier then being alone, or the parasocial norms of things like twitch, OF, and other pits of despair found on the internet. A dystopian setting where pop up ads too use basic things is among us, where relationships are bought and paid for and no longer physical, or even the idea of a 50 year mortgage if you can suffer long enough too not pass that debt on for generations. This song is versatile in  how you can relate too it. And I hate that the world got fucked up enough too where I could piece this song together.

The euphoric escapism derived party drugs are on full display in Yurie and Dyzphoria’s ‘Dirty Pills’. The track’s uplifting nature is packed with fluid melodies and beautiful break downs as a menacing sensation looms underneath. This risk verses reward motif reflects the potential dangers of recreational drugs and their unwarranted effects on the user. Although peril presents itself, ‘Dirty Pills’ retains a joyous demeanour throughout.

We are dedicating this monumental compilation to our good friend Isaac (Reflektion) who has recently passed. Isaac was honestly one of the kindest and most genuine people we have ever had the pleasure to meet and with heavy hearts still do not believe that he is gone from our lives. ⠀
