Swedish rock band Everywhere are back with new single Better Off Alone; "A quirky little tune about indecisiveness and rejection”.

Having formed in 2012 and hailing from Stockholm, Everywhere are pushing boundaries; the five-piece collective, led by frontman Max Berga, have an innovative vision of their music and are completely uncompromising; striving to redefine 'the indie band' with their post-pop sound.

Everywhere first released their debut single 'Eddie' in July 2013, which picked up plaudits from a host of blogs, alongside a special remix by Oliver Nelson which gained great support from Indie Shuffle and charted highly on blog aggregator Hype Machine. Eddie was introduced to national radio in the UK by BBC Radio 2's Alex Lester.

They made their first UK live appearance at the NME tour after-party, playing alongside Django Django and Palma Violets, and went on to play at the Kaiser Chiefs after show. Their own headline show at Notting Hill Arts Club was supported by California Gypsies and The Arches.

In November 2013 the band released debut EP American Grandeur, and lead single Soldier. Bloomberg's rock critic Mark Beech described the EP as an 'unbland blend of pop hooks and very slick production' and Clash's Robin Murray described lead single 'Soldier' as 'pop in the grandest loosest sense of the word'.

In November 2013 Everywhere appeared on the front cover of Music Week.

This was a personal challenge.
Not only because it's the first cover we've attempted to produce but also because it's time I learn how to record, mix and master vocals. 
Rather than waste someone else's time through my trial and error process (no education in sound design/recording)I decided to sing Angus' parts myself.
I'm not tone deaf but I definitely don't have enough character in my voice to do this regularly but who knows, with some vocal lesson, plenty of practice and some commitment...

I feel like I've learnt so much with regards to vocal processing in the last 2 months it has taken to produce this cover.

UK band Everywhere have announced their first 2017 offering in the form of new single "Man Up", currently available for streaming on Soundcloud. The official release to all digital stores including Spotify will happen on June 9.

Dressed up in an electro-pop suit, the new single sports funky basslines, analog synths, and last but not least, a feature by Swedish singer/songwriter Rebecca Nohr.

Beyond its casual first impression, the song dives into themes about unfulfilled expectations, dominant partners, and the pain stalking strives to live up to an old-fashioned idea of what it means to be a man. "We're currently working on an album, it's still early but hopefully it should be out this fall" -says the band.

At the end of last year, Everywhere released their critically praised sophomore EP "Fiction Act". The EP single "Some Other Dude" was featured on BBC Introducing in London and has received over a million streams on Spotify.
They made their first International appearance at the 2013 NME Awards in the UK, playing alongside Django Django and Palma Violets, and later went on to support the Kaiser Chiefs and headline Notting Hill Arts Club in London.
