SO, this one is- ehe, a real piecea work for sure. While the last two trash pieces were at least within a yearer so from today, this'n? 2020. 3 whole years... 
They werea parta Honorary First Mate, a tournament where they all fought for the honor to work on the vehicle the tourney was already taking place on. Seems ta be clearly piggybackin' offa some other tournament ya mighta heard of... There was supposta be a twist here too- though all that's ripped up, so, iunno what it was.
