Legacy architect of sonic memorials. Imprisoned in Sadness is a dark techno requiem for my brother Vilesh—a skeletal transmission of grief, honour, and resistance. Every phrase, silence, and shade is intentional. This  mix is part of a campaign to preserve his memory through sound and structure. A deep descent through the architecture of sound — this set moves like a city unfolding in shadow and light, built from steel rhythms, distorted memories, and flickers of human pulse.

Opening with The Black Dog’s “Future Townscapes”, the journey begins in abstraction — textured ambient structures giving way to the metallic precision of Christian Wunsch’s “Quantum Tunneling” and the glacial mechanics of Nereid’s “Plask.” Slowly, pressure builds; layers of rhythm become motion.

Through the hypnotic minimalism of Anthony Linell and Bastian Balders, the mood shifts into a twilight zone — introspective yet propulsive — before the collective depth of “Chapter 11” folds the soundscape into darker geometries. Function’s “Immolare” becomes the ignition point, raw and spiritual, setting the tone for the kinetic energy that follows.

Midway, the set pulses with industrial heat — Sam Paganini’s “Black Leather”, Ben Klock & Fadi Mohem’s “Prism”, and Setaoc Mass’s “Passive” drive forward like machinery in motion, counterbalanced by the organic textures of Feph’s “Soil” and Oscar Mulero’s “Kinesthetic Sense.”

As the tension peaks, British Murder Boys and Silent Servant’s remix of Donor strip things down to primal force — distortion, discipline, decay. Yet in the closing act, Carl Craig & Moritz von Oswald’s “Movement 8 (C2 Version)” opens a transcendent space: cosmic, breathing, reflective.

The final stretch — from Mathys Lenne’s “The Door of Perception” to Kenny Dahl and Ospiel’s ritualistic darkness — culminates in The Black Dog’s “The Future Is Now The Past”, closing the circle in silence and signal.

A narrative in rhythm and texture — industrial melancholy, quantum movement, emotional precision. This is techno as architecture, meditation, and resistance.
