Nice tech mixes

This set is very special for me. Here is why.
The first time I heard The Junkies & Carlo Lio - Last Days (Eric Prydz Intro edit) was probably 2010. Later I had the privilege to listen to it live. I remember the reaction of the crowd, the smiles, pure joy when that melodic intro turned to filthy techno. I remember hugging a total stranger. It was one of those memories. I started listening to electronic music around 1995. Back then Richie Hawtin was amongst my favourite dj’s. (Still is, cause he is a legend). His “Plastikman Mixmag Live! Volume 20 (1995)” was probably the first set I was totally in love it. Till today, probably have listened to it at least 1000 times. A timeless set. That is why the opening two songs of that legendary set (Lausen - Dry Ray, G-Man - Quo Vadis) are my second and third song of the set. Fourth song is in my opinion a very underrated but a perfect song (Bmbmnd - Coordination). After this 20 mins, it was time to go back to my normal dark, emotional melodic techno style with strong kicks. I looked for a suitable song for quite a while. Then I remember Charlotte de Witte playing Third Wife - Easy which is actually 139 bpm. I played it at 126 bpm which gave me the feeling I was looking for. I wanted to share these. Because while doing this I enjoyed a lot and it brought back a lot of good memories with it. Hope you enjoy it as well.
