Detroit Michigan’s own “Wayne Chapo” is an emerging Emcee, singer/songwriter, & producer. Who has been evolving since 2009 when he decided to get his feet wet in the music industry. At the age of 13 back in 2007 is when Wayne started writing his own original tracks. He was heavily influenced by his father “Insane Wayne”, who unfortunately passed in 2011 when he was 16. Hardships difficult for a teen to bare the young Chapo knew he had to find strength & continue to chase his dreams much like his father would’ve told him too.

	Not all the way focused on school by the time he reached his freshmen year in high school he started to develop more as he racked up on sweat equity hours. Progressing rapidly after practicing recording himself & write his own music he showed how well rounded his musicianship was. Hard not to see his value & hear the distinctive wavy sound he was creating for himself. Losing interest in school daily he eventually took a risk & dropped out during his junior year of high school.

	Knowing the sacrifice he just made he jumped right into artist mode full time. Adversities for a young artist had a negative but necessary impact on his life. Getting locked up from time to time, to being homeless, it was the fuel to his fire that he put back into his craft with no effort. Through patience he was eventually off the streets & had peers that showed love and allow him to live off the couch. Showing his hunger & endurance while on this journey the right way opportunity continued to drop in front of him. Finally, on his own but still grinding it out he ended up living in hotels where his hustle went into overdrive. He went the extra mile to learn how to do graphic design and video production. Chapo looks forward to bringing waves to his fans all over the world.
