On Smoke Rings

This track was recorded while at a musician friend's house, along with other musician friends of theirs. We had the most wonderful pitch in Thanksgiving meal, and afterwards played the afternoon away on our instruments. It was swell! This song is one of my favorites that we did. I like the way everyone picked it up and added instruments and voices. This really made for a happy Thanksgiving day for the Helber Sisters, in a year where there have been a lot of rough patches, this was a bright spot.

The reason why I don't post songs on Soundcloud anymore is that Eefje and I released our first CD (recorded in a studio with several other musicians). Our CD, Evrin 'Be Still' was released in April and is now available on iTunes or as a CD on our website www.evrinmusic.nl , but we shot a video, live and acoustic (just the two of us) of Dust and Cigarette Ashes and I wanted to share that one here.
