Tinlicker - Harvest

Octave One's set for us last year was phenomenal; the energy, setting and metronomic head twists made it a no-brainer for inclusion in our Best of 2014. If you're that way inclined, you can hear the story behind how Boiler Room helped relaunch their career in more depth over here [INSERT LINK TO MICHAIL INTERVIEW HERE], as relayed to Derek Plaslaiko and our very own Michail. Seven tracks from Moscow made it onto their new LP, due May 26th, of which "Afterglow" was arguably the strongest.
Much like the towering behemoth of "Blackwater", it's a synergy of styles; dozens of boxes chattering away to one another in harmony. Somehow the track manages to be both flinty hard and yet shimmering, the lead curdled and yet crystal-clear. It's dancefloor TNT, an emphatic return from the brothers Burden. Burn It Down indeed.

Octave One "Afterglow" - Boiler Room Debuts

Tinlicker strike again on Sotto Voce, their second release on Feed Me’s imprint takes things up a notch for 2015. Out exclusively on Beatport on the 14th April, and other platforms worldwide on the 28th April. The kaleidoscopic synth tinged 5-track EP “Into The Open”, is an epic journey from start to finish. The EP sees collaborations with Devries on the title track, and amazing euphoric, awe-inspiring vocals from Laura Louise on “Gazoline”.

This EP combines the hugely in-vogue modulating 80s synth-techno with the atmospherics expected from a Brian Eno project, backed by the thumping, crisp percussion, spanning across, spacious loose-limbed headphone pieces and tough, floor-focused club tracks. This innovative duo have sculpted a unique sound of their own, and made a home with the Sotto Voce family. 

Tinlicker commented, "We're so excited for the release to come out, it’s like having to wait for your pizza to cool off before you can take bite”

Right now, no one is making big waves as DYNO in the techno league. Revered by the best techno jocks in the world (from James Zabiela to Sasha via Umek) , his sound can be described as an high quality unique blend of prog-techno nu-tribal fuelled.
Planned releases and remixes for labels Yoshitoshi, 1605,Traum, Lot 49, Hell Yeah, an album now planned for october, two of his tracks included in Sharam's covermount mix cd for WMC DJ Mag issue: DYNO confirms himself as one of the main techno players in 2010 releasing another huge slice of futuristic party music called Risvegli.
Indietronic future master Max Cooper adds a freaky approach to the original track and makes this a trippy must for your electronic after hours. Hell Yeah!
