Very satisfied with the outcome of last Saturday at C12 so I'm sharing the full recording of my long warm-up with you, from the start around 23h for an empty room until a packed crowd at 02h. 
Conditions were excellent: 2 turntables, an E&S rotary mixer and the big sound system in the main room, a vibing crowd and Tama Sumo and Alfred Anders ready to shine later on. My records were all about deep house, the groove and the drum, to gently massage the dancers into a long night. 

Hope you enjoy as much as I did. So happy we're back at this, I really missed and needed this. xxx

Il sole baciava ardente il dancefloor del Komorebi Music Festival quando Nicola Mazzetti iniziò ad estrarre gemme rare dalla sua borsa di dischi. Una cultura musicale che non può essere costretta in parentesi di genere o timbro: vinile dopo vinile, Nicola tesse ancora una volta un viaggio unico nel suo genere, vera coccola sonora per i fortunati fruitori.
Una selecta vinilica  con cui, da domatore ed amante del suono in ogni sua forma, culla la terra e trascina i raggi del sole in una danza mistica.

The sun was kissing the dacefloor of the Komorebi Music Festival ardently when Nicola Mazzetti began digging out rare gems from his bag of records. A musical culture that cannot be forced into parentheses of genre or timbre: vinyl after vinyl, Nicola once again weaves a unique musical journey of its kind, a real sonic cuddle for the lucky dancers.
A vinyl selecta with which, as a tamer and lover of sound in all its forms, he cradles the earth and drags the sun's rays into a mystical dance.

Blank Wave is back with a very special guest for our 15th guest mix: Lauer! Get ready for two hours of synth loaded jams, live recorded on our Blank Wave club night at Silbergold May 27th this year along Shia LaBiff. 

Philipp Lauer has had his fingers in quite a few pies over the last 2 decades or so, following the release of his debut 12” in 2000. As CEO of the infamous Pyramide II studio his remix count goes way beyond 200 (still ceaselessly rising), including work for Sven Väth, Pet Shop Boys, M83, S-Express, Falco or Tears For Fears to name just a few. Besides releasing solo productions as Lauer on labels such as Running Back, Permanent Vacation, Beats In Space, LARJ, Future Boogie. It is also due to his diligent work as a teamplayer that makes him appear as one of the hardest working people in the business: Tuff City Kids (with Gerd Janson), Black Spuma (with Fabrizio Mammarella) and TNP (with Tim Sweeney) are amongst those projects Lauer is involved in. Although Philipp’s Discogs page already has the size of a phone book and his tour schedule reads like Odyssey, he’s only just warming up for whatever is gonna happen.

Airdrop takes New York City based producer Evan Michael onboard for two new steaming-hot releases.

First up is the aptly named “Ancient Times”, Evan Michael swirls the hands of the clock backwards and dives deep into his NYC roots, blending disco elements and classic house structures with a twist of funk and serious cuto  action!
Swiss DJ and producer Crowdpleaser also contributes with an extra-cosmic dub.

Evan has previously released his productions on Moodgadget and Quarion’s Drumpoet Community.
