Evyrmynd Ableton DJ Mix - Oct 2019

Kris Thompson has been a house music DJ since 1995 and until recently went under the moniker "DJLegato".  

In 2018, when he finally decided to dive into production via Logic Pro, the darker rhythms that sprung from his work inspired a change, and Evyrmynd was born.  

/ˈevər mīnd/ - to be always mindful 

His production is inspired by 80s/90s progressive rock as well as long-admired producers/DJs such as Hybrid, Junkie XL and Sasha.

In 2018, he began producing using Logic Pro X and is known as Evyrmynd for his producer monicker.  Smack Trap, Prism and Arpeggelation are still works in progress, but they're enough to give you a taste of his sound and inspirations.  Thoughts of mastering Smack Trap and Prism have been front of mind recently.  Your feedback will go a long way towards aiding in that decision.   If you're a DJ, maybe one that plays progressive, techno or experimental electronic music and could hear any of these tracks in your set (or not), please provide that feedback.  Evyrmynd needs your help to grow and evolve!
