A língua lambe as pétalas vermelhas
da rosa pluriaberta ; a língua lavra
certo oculto botão, e vai tecendo
lépidas variações de leves ritmos.

E lambe, lambilonga, lambilenta,
a licorina gruta cabeluda,
e, quanto mais lambente, mais ativa,
atinge o céu do céu, entre gemidos,

I am a Brazilian pianist, composer, arranger and musicologist, born in Recife, state of Pernambuco.
I reproduce in my music another vision of the musical culture of the Brazilian Northeast, mixed with a contemporary jazz language.
I am fascinated by the cultures and music of different countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Where I also seek inspiration for my compositions.
The various collaborations that I had the privilege of performing alongside great musicians from different countries, led me to discover new musical styles, motivated me to create new compositions inspired by these styles, and to create innovative projects in the scope of jazz and world music. .
- Music without borders, and that unites us.
