A song about the hesitancy in love.

All of us have found ourselves at a point in our lives where we crave love but have been hurt so much we find ourselves hesitating at the thought of jumping into something new.

This is a love song, though it is not about being in love.

It’s about our perceptions of love, how we define it within ourselves.

The sample at the beginning establishes the different perspectives of love.

The naive side of love, as well as the realistic view point.

In the first verse I wanted it to be a typical love song, and in the second verse I talk about love in a sense of realism.
