Born in 1989 in Caserta, Ivan Masa was immersed in music from a young age through his parents’ involvement in the local club and dance scene. He began performing early, sharing decks with international names like Justin Berkmann and Miss Jools.

In 2007, he released his first EP Musa on EMPRO Music, followed by Tone on Tone (2008) on 90Watts Rec, supported by artists like Pan-Pot.

His passion for 80s sounds and house led to Star Guitar 1 PM on Suara (Coyu’s label), and in 2016, Future Change on EIN2 (Einmusika’s sublabel). That same year, Desert Miss Water (with Anham) reached #7 on Beatport Electronica via Making Your Dance.

In 2017, Ivan debuted in Ibiza and caught the attention of Solomun, leading to his release UZHU on D-Floor (Leon & Nice7).

He continued with Nativity on Monaberry (Super Flu) in 2018 and Vocoder EP on Atlant (Bog’s label) in 2019, playing globally at clubs like Harry Klein (Munich) and 04 Club (Haifa).

In 2022, Ivan made his debut on Diynamic (Solomun’s label) and performed with Solomun at Printworks London.

Ivan continues to push his sound forward with new projects and global appearances.

Our next guest for this 24th installment of our guest mix series, is a DJ and musician based in Rome. 

Since she was a child, she soon discovered the love for the music, expecially for the piano, passion that led her very young to begin the studies for piano and classical composition.

Always attracted also from electronic music, Fae starts to play in the clubs of
her city, Rome and she turns the knowledge of musical theory into electronic sounds, using synthesizers and producing the first experimental tracks. 

A special combination of emotional melodies and infectious grooves who led her to play as DJ and performer to the best international clubs and to release the first tracks on labels like Frau Blau, Borders of light , Innuendo, Amaeolabel and getting massive support from artists like Ame, Trikk, Jimi Jules, Ivory, Echonomist, Skala, Avangart Tabldot, Re You, Sam Shure and more.
