"MRJ-K is an upcoming artist from Eindhoven, The Netherlands. His passion for techno started when he was listening to melodic techno at 15 years old. Now, five years later, his beloved melodical sound has evolved in fast, dark and hard techno.

ANDARA is a 22 years old DJ/producer born and raised in Greece. He is currently living in north-west Germany where he has the opportunity to evolve his passion for electronic dance music. Hard kicks, huge basslines and dark atmospheres filthed into deep psychedelic backgrounds are some of the basic elements which define the identity of his sound. Since 2001, he's been captivated by the allure of electronic music. Starting out in the classic manner with two turntables and a mixer, he quickly unearthed his knack for DJ-ing. His initial vinyl collection boasted names like Adam Beyer, Chris Liebing, DJ Rush, Marco Remus, Lars Klein, Thorsten Kanzler, Gayle San, Ian Void, Glenn Wilson, and more. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
CSQ: Tell us a bit about your local techno scene. How has it shaped you as an artist?

CSMR: The hard techno scene is massive in The Netherlands, as well as in my hometown, Nijmegen, so I don’t doubt it had a significant effect on the music I create and play. I do, however, feel like the biggest influence has been my continuous search for the more extreme and underground areas of music, from genres like deathcore when I was younger to the darker, faster and more industrial hard techno and bochka nowadays.

CSQ: Would you like to share anything with the listeners about the set?

CSMR: Not necessarily; it’s just a selection of tracks I’ve been in love with for the past few months. I always strive to create some sort of story with my sets, getting increasingly more aggressive and relentless, and keeping the energy level high throughout.

CSQ: How does the set reflect the development of your style and your DJing since you started?

CSMR: Like I said, my taste in industrial techno is getting increasingly darker and faster, and I think the creation of this set is definitely testament to that. Hopefully the listeners will experience a similar development and enjoy the set I created for them.
