ਸੂਰਜ ਕਿਰਣਿ ਮਿਲੇ ਜਲ ਕਾ ਜਲੁ ਹੂਆ ਰਾਮ ॥
ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! (ਜਿਵੇਂ) ਸੂਰਜ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਣ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ (ਬਰਫ਼ ਤੋਂ) ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ (ਸੂਰਜ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਘ ਨਾਲ ਬਰਫ਼-ਬਣੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਕਠੋਰਤਾ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ), 
The rays of light merge with the sun, and water merges with water.

ਜੋਤੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਰਲੀ ਸੰਪੂਰਨੁ ਥੀਆ ਰਾਮ ॥
(ਤਿਵੇਂ ਸਿਫ਼ਤਿ-ਸਾਲਾਹ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੀਵ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਰੁੱਖਾ-ਪਨ ਮੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਜੀਵ ਦੀ) ਜਿੰਦ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਜੋਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ-ਮਿਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੀਵ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ । 
One's light blends with the Light, and one becomes totally perfect.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਦੀਸੈ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਸੁਣੀਐ ਏਕੁ ਏਕੁ ਵਖਾਣੀਐ ॥
(ਤਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ (ਵੱਸਦਾ) ਨਜ਼ਰੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, (ਹਰੇਕ ਵਿਚ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ (ਬੋਲਦਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ) ਸੁਣੀਦਾ ਹੈ (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਉਂ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਇਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । 
I see God, hear God, and speak of the One and only God.

ਆਤਮ ਪਸਾਰਾ ਕਰਣਹਾਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਬਿਨਾ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਣੀਐ ॥
(ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ) ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਖਿਲਾਰਾ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਛਾਣਦਾ (ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ) ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪ (ਹੀ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ) ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, 
The soul is the Creator of the expanse of creation. Without God, I know no other at all.

ਆਪਿ ਕਰਤਾ ਆਪਿ ਭੁਗਤਾ ਆਪਿ ਕਾਰਣੁ ਕੀਆ ॥
(ਜੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੋ ਕੇ) ਆਪ (ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੰਗ) ਮਾਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।
He Himself is the Creator, and He Himself is the Enjoyer. He created the Creation.

ਬਿਨਵੰਤਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਸੇਈ ਜਾਣਹਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹੀ ਹਰਿ ਰਸੁ ਪੀਆ ॥੪॥੨॥
(ਪਰ) ਨਾਨਕ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ (ਕਿ ਇਸ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ) ਉਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਦ ਚੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ।੪।੨।
Prays Nanak, they alone know this, who drink in the subtle essence of the Lord. ||4||2||

Some information on Giani Ji's life:  Giani Harbhajan Singh Ji first took Santhia from Sant Laal Singh Ji and became a Shudh Paathi at the age of 10. Giani Ji then went on to receive Gurmat Vidhia from Sampardai Mahapurakhs/Vidhvaans, these include Sant Giani Mohan Singh Ji Bhindranwale, Sant Giani Narain Singh Ji Ludhaike Wale, Sant Giani Amar Singh Ji Kirti Ji and Sant Giani Harnek Singh Ji Sodhiwal. To date, Giani Harbhajan Singh Ji have done katha of the following:  5 x Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji,  5 x Sri Dasam Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 14 x Sri Gurpratap Suraj Prakash, 2 x Bhai Gurdas Diya Vaaran, 2 x Sri Gur Panth Prakash (Giani Gian Singh Ji), 3 x Sri Gur Pur Prakash (Kavi Ren Singh Ji) . Where the recordings of Sri Gurpratap Suraj Granth and Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji are readily available online, Giani Ji has recently completed their 3rd katha of Sri Gur Pur Prakash which has been recorded for the first time and will be made available for the wider sangat too.
