We had a great opportunity to interview Russ Green who is the Director, Product and Brand Strategy at AGCO Corporation.  He not only talks about AGCO and who they are as a company but also talks about young farmers coming into the agricultural space.  He mentions a 5 point system approach anybody can use to effectively manage a good balance of life at any age.

We talked to Tim Richardson, a deep sea fishing captain of the boat "Tradition."  He grew up a farm boy in Australia with a passion for the ocean which led to his fishing dream today.  We discuss his fishing career and life on his parent's Macadamia Nut farm located in Australia.
