Aristocratical Tendencies

Hardcore Jesus

The Norwegian hardcore punk outfit, Exploding Head Syndrome, have released 3 albums, played a bunch of shows and been hailed as one of Norway’s most promising new bands since they formed in early 2010.

The album debut, Disciples of Reason, impressed both critics and labels, so in 2015 the band signed a deal with the Italian label Wormhole Death Records. This resulted in the bands latest release, World Crashes Down. The release of WCD exceeded all expectations and the album got outstanding reviews both in Norway and abroad. Norways’s leading music blog, musikknyheter.no, gave it a 10 out of 10 and called it one of, if not, the best albums of 2016.  

2017 saw EHS play at one of eastern Europe’s most exciting rock festivals, Revolution Festival. This lead the band to be pre-booked to one of Europe's biggest music festivals, Exit Festival 2018. 

In October Exploding Head Syndrome will release two new tracks, and later this year the band will start work on a new album set to be released in early 2019.
