the latest by Anja Schneider and guest vocalist Parsifal Marin of Brussels Pony Club.

Named after the signature Larry Heard tune that introduced the world to “Jack,” the track is the latest by DJ/producer/radio host/label head Schneider to pay homage to the Chicago greats, following last spring’s Ron Hardy-inspired “Hey,” which became an instant fave when Anja dropped it at the always in demand Mobilee rooftop parties in Barcelona. Expect the same response in summer 2014, when “Can You Feel It,” and flipsides “Dubmission” and “Revolution,” hit the ears of sun-kissed partiers worldwide.

Here's the result of such a hard music production week, hope u enjoy!

7VibesChallenge Rules:

- Be open-minded and “crazy” if needed, push your creativity to the next level.
- Each day of the 7DC runs from 8 a.m. to 5 a.m. of the following day.
- You may complete a challenge the following day, but only once during the week.
- Every track must be at least 3 minutes long. The longest a song can last is 5:00.
- On one day of your choice, you must compose outside.
- Record yourself as proof that the challenge is properly completed.
- You can't listen to the other artist's tracks until the day of the meeting
- Allow AI for lyrics but not for the arrangement and the ideas

One of the busiest underground icons from Berlin - with regular gigs at Kater, Renate, Golden Gate - make their debut at Exploited Ghetto: Kotelett&Zadak.
Not long ago they released their album ’Triphoria’ on Hommage - a style trip from techno, trance for the dancefloor and experimental, groovy and jazzy tunes for the living room.
Following an EP on URSL, this is their Crave Dave EP for Exploited Ghetto: Religious Trance for the masses.

DJ Hell is one of the true legends of Techno and House music. And when he asked me if I wanted to remix one track of his concept album „Zukunftmusik“ (which is by the way a genius name) I was not hesitating. 
The track has a certain melancholic atmosphere that I wanted to save also in the remix. And also the lyrics remember us not to forget where our an important part of our electronic music culture comes from: from gay culture and parties.

The 4th edition in the acclaimed Sterns Edits series sees curator Ben Gomori open up the Sterns Music catalogue to other keen re-editors — with Brownswood / Worldwide genius SMBD (aka Simbad) the first to step up to the plate.

Nigeria's Segun Adewale is sometimes referred to as the 'crown prince' of Jùjú music, but in the 1980s he developed a sound all of his own, which we called Yo-Pop. A mixture of Jùjú, Funk, Reggae, Afrobeat and Jazz, its vibrant melange can be heard on his 1986 record 'Ojo Je', where both these originals are taken from. Here, Gomori takes the uplifting 'Atewo-Lara Ka Tepa Mo'se' for an extended hypnotic, tribal trip ready for the blend. On the flip, SMBD delivers two superb chops of the title track — a gritty Funk-fuelled 'Disco' version with live bass, and a deliciously deep dub-house version. 

The stunning artwork was penned by Kofi Ankobra, who grew up in Ghana and studied art at Oshogbo, Nigeria — the place Adewale himself was born.

Today marks a special moment in Bolting Bits history for us. We are now lucky enough to premiere a track from our very own - Igor Bezuglov! For those that do not know, Igor is one of the major pieces that keep our music blog running behind the scenes. But being a man of many talents, he has been working on his own productions the past few months to deliver us his first tune under his alias @igorbmusic.

Titled Ponteio (which means "bridge" in Portuguese), this song is the A-side of Igor's debut record Águas de Setembro that is set to come out on Peter Croce and Moonlighter's Detroit imprint Rocksteady Disco later this month. Throughout the piece, Igor utilizes the Brazilian original's rolling bassline, impromptu instrumentation, and bittersweet vocals to capture what everyone's feeling this time of year. Although many of us understand that cold months lay ahead, we are also eager to keep the good times going no matter what - and it's this palpable optimism that makes the song the perfect soundtrack as we transition from summer into autumn across the northern hemisphere.

Since the release of his second studio album “Into The Great Wide Yonder” music wizard Anders Trentemøller has been constantly touring live around the globe, from Australia to Europe and North- and South America. From intimate to all of the important festivals, including Sonar Festival and Coachella (highlighted as one of the best shows at Coachella that year - NME). 

The “Into The Great Wide Yonder” tour ended with 2 consecutive nights at Den Grå Hal in Christiania, Copenhagen in November last year. Once more completely sold out weeks before, these shows perfectly topped the tour off with great sound and a fantastic crowd.

Fortunately the last show has been recorded on both audio and video and we are happy to release the essence on a special album, exclusively mastered for iTunes. 

It includes key tracks from “Into The Great Wide Yonder”, but also three tracks from “The Last Resort” alongside bonus tracks. Even if you’re a longtime follower of Trentemøller, you will discover his best songs in new live versions, which have been completely recomposed for the live shows. 

Simultaneously Trentemøller also releases the “Into The Great Wide Yonder”-special editon, now exclusively mastered for iTunes and packed with the best remixes by UNKLE, Andrew Weatherall, The Dø, Modeselektor, Pantha Du Prince, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Efterklang and more. 

Anders Trentemøller is currently putting the finishing touches to his upcoming third studio album which is due for release in September 2013. The first single will drop at the end of May. You can get a first glimpse of some of the new songs at the upcoming festival dates this summer - before Trentemøller heads out on an extensive worldwide tour starting this fall, supporting the new album.
