On occasion of Diynamic's latest release, the Various Artist EP series called "Four To The Floor", we'd like to introduce to you the participating artists, by letting them mix a Diynamic Radio Show.

Closing out the third EP is BLOT! Feat. Lifafa who are amongst India’s foremost underground electronic music and mixed media live acts. "To me Diynamic as a label has always had a distinct identity and a warm, glorious and exciting sound. I had to wait a few years before I came up with something that I thought would fit to Diynamic's vibe," says one half of the outfit on why they sent their tunes to the mighty Dynamic. ‘Empire Waste’ is their jam and it is a well-constructed song with proper lyrics, a sense of sadness but also some bold key work that really strikes right at your heart.

Diynamic Radio Show December 2014 by BLOT!

Dear friends, we are glad to present you the fourteenth release of our label called "Gwendoline" by artist Clawz SG.
Clawz opened his soul to the listener, as all the track names are taken from his family, his wife and children, two daughters Gwendoline & Ilona, and his wife Laetitia.
This EP includes 3 original tracks and 2 remixes.
The first track EP opens "Gwendoline", he fascinates with its beauty and atmosphere, is a flight of thought which carries the listener away into space.
"Laetitia" is made in the best traditions of progressive techno, crowded thoughts and sound creator.
The third track "Ilona" is a dance techno, massive bass line and melody, drum and percussion section, makes you move to the music.
Next you will find a remix of the label bosses E-Spectro, on track "Gwendoline", sensual and thoughtful work in the sound of melodic inventors.

Pete Oak, who can't stop making new tracks and can't help but making the dance floor shake, does not change the rule with his new remix for Ariose. Wild City #050 (yes, it is a landmark) comes from Gaurav Malaker, a producer best known as one half of India's leading multidisciplinary audio/visual collective, BLOT!.

A producer/DJ/performer and engineer who's been a part of the national club landscape since 2007, Malaker is also a co-runner of Qilla Records alongside Kohra. Not to forget his role as one of the festival director's at UnBox.

Talking strictly about music - his recently released debut record as BLOT! titled, 'Snafu', saw the producer delve deep into his roots and showcase a sound that blurred the distinction between electronica, house and techno. It even took the duo on an all India tour as BLOT! live, alongside all of the album's collaborators.

As we hit our half century with the mix series, we figured now would be a good time to invite this beatmaker to show us what he's up to. Quite frankly, he's responded with a mix that possibly raises more questions than it answers. Don't get us wrong; the mix is good - very good. The surprise is that it finds Malaker digging a lot deeper than we expected, as much of his podcast consists of deep and dark electronica.

From Mano Le Tough through to Kuedo, Apparat, Jai Paul and even some homemade BLOT! material, it's a 43 minute of teaser of what influences this young upcoming producer.

And its got us thinking. In fact, it seems that there's a lot more to Gaurav Malaker than we initially suspected, but we're happy to sit back and listen as he continues to reveal himself, one bit at a time.
