London producer and DJ Ossie found his voice in the post-dubstep landscape of UK club culture, hooking up with Kode 9's Hyperdub for a couple of expansive broken beat influenced EPs in-between dropping the Detroit techno meets UK funky brilliance of 'Tarantula' on Lightworks.
In recent years, however, he's shown a housier side with releases on 2020 Vision and Wolf Music. Now the Londoner makes his Exploited debut. This is house music 2017 style. 

Ossie has performed at Lovebox, XOYO, Sonar and Boiler Room and his works have been championed by the likes of Benji B, Gilles Peterson, Annie Mac, Mistajam and Toddla T.

Bonnie Spacey's sound is one characterised by unique contrasts and combinations with a root interest in organic instrumentation and a keen interest in the deeper shades of Disco, Techno and Electroclash being melded effectively in her productions and DJ sets.

Now - the french born and Berlin based maven encapsulates her knack for cogent contrasts across a heated 2-track EP for Exploited Club that weaves between Samba, Disco, Italo and House.

'Samba Disco' stamps a dominant foot on the floor as ripe, sturdy drums provide a stout foundation for pitch shifting delays and a searing hot synth climb. The vibe is arresting and highly spiced as the track continues to charter ever-elevating altitude in a manner that makes it easy to picture decadent dancefloor chaos.

'Light Shadow' follows up with a no-nonsense House groove that glows lucent with richly layered keys and an effortlessly sexy vocal. As is the case with the track's counterpart, the sounds are thick and palpable and the mood is intoxicating.

Chords burst with colour while pitch bending soars and energy courses towards a head-twisting breakdown that sends out more voltage to the floor and marks the closing chapter of an electrifying record that bears a distinctly Bonnie Spacey sheen.
