With a forthcoming remix for Scuba on Circus Recordings and more original material, the future is looking bright for this newcomer from Florence. DJMag Italy recently named him one of the most representative Italian emerging house producers. He holds a residency in Club999 where he shares the decks with many international DJs and keeps continueing playing 5 hour sets.

Martin Waslewski discovered his love for electronic music in 2010 after growing up as a hip hop connoisseur. The demo he sent to us was totally right for our new little sublabel Exploited Ghetto.

A homage to the infamous nightclub ’ The Muzic Box’ (former name ’ Warehouse’) from Chicago where Jackin’ was developed with a smile on your face. 

Click Click has been one of Berlin’s best kept underground DJs. We have been enjoying his DJ-sets so much it was natural we asked for a release. When he dropped ’The Muzic Box’  for the first time, Shir Khan immediately wanted to sign the track and there we go!

The last 2 years saw him releasing records on Green Velvet’s/Cajmere’s Cajual Records, San Franciscos OM Records or his own label Kassette Records (which he co-runs with M_Ferri). With upcoming tracks on Steve Lawlers VIVa MUSiC plus regular DJ Gigs at Berlin’s Watergate and Stattbad Wedding or Sao Paulos D.Edge, the future is looking bright for this very talented producer.

His first Hot Creations release entitled, Lil Nic French EP dropped on Hot Creations in July 2014. A four pronged attack of bumping summer jams flecked with infectious vocals - lead track Lil Nic French first appeared on Richy Ahmeds massive Rinse FM compilation and rightly sets the tone with its heavy bass beat and mind bending acid line. With the chunky, percussive LA Shazz, the tight kicks and cowbell of the groovy Lover and the freaky groover Miss Raadi the EP made a statement of intent that shows no sign of waning.

With his arsenal of originals and a steady release schedule on some top labels as well as an ever-busier gig schedule which includes the infamous, Paradise@ DC10 in Ibiza 2015 is set to see the rise of Jey Kurmis and truly mark him out as one to watch.
For Exploited Ghetto Jey Kurmis delivered 3 minimal tech-house bombs in his typical ultra-dope trademark sound.

Click Click made bis debut on the Exploited Ghetto imprint with ’The Muzic Box’ which became the best selling release of the still young label. His debut did see support and reactions from Claptone, Claude Von Stroke, Tiga, MANIK to mention a few. According to Mixmag it was also one of the Top Tracks that blew up the Dirtybird 10th Anniversary in London.
Lately he released a remix for Marques Wyatt’s classic ’For Those Who Like To Get Down’ from 2002 on San Francisco label Om Records alongside Soul Clap. 
He keeps a residency in Berlin’s Watergate, has also released music on Green Velvet’s Cajual Records and now returns to Exploited Ghetto with his follow-up ’This Is Soul’.
