Mincy is a Sydney based DJ, producer and label owner whose diverse bass driven sets flow between the full underground bass spectrum.

Mincy has built momentum in both Australia and overseas over the past few years. A regular in both the club and festival scenes. She’s been billed on top Sydney festivals like Lost Paradise and Output festival, as well as featured on club show support for a huge list of names including Mike Skinner, Madam X, Conducta, Royal T, Flava D and Preditah. She’s also a regular on the lineup at Melbourne’s famed Revolver Upstairs, and recently played UK’s Tumble Audio event in Nottingham.

While the club scene was quiet, her focus shifted to production and music releases. In this time, her self run label Extra Spicy was also born, showcasing and releasing Australian underground bass artists. 2020 also saw her own tracks released across a range of labels, including Revolver Upstairs, Sub Merchants and Erbium Records which were hugely received on a local and international level. These saw plays on BBC Radio 1xtra, Rinse FM, FBI Radio and Subtle FM.

Also a radio regular, Mincy can be heard frequently on UK’s Rinse FM, Reprezent and Subtle, while back home she hosts a weekly Friday night show on Orbital Radio.

Off the back of his recent ARIA nomination for Best Cover Art, Eben (aka @ekzander) continues to create a surrealistic atmosphere in his portrait series for phase 080-089. Focusing on his fascination of eyes and the human form, he explores abstraction of digital painting mediums and traditional techniques to create warped techno figures.
