Eyes on London looks at the impacts that the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games have had on the people of East London.   

This documentary  features a variety of contributions including the accounts of two residents who had their houses demolished to make way for the Olympic Park. Other testimonies come from members of the nearest athletics club to the Olympic site who talk about the hotly contested Olympic Legacy. I also speak to a local youth charity and Great British hockey captain Barry Middleton who talks about the immense benefits that have come to the area because of this major sporting event. The production is also framed by the words and songs of the Pearly King and Queen community who talk about their 160 year old tradition as well as their hopes and fears for the 2012 Olympic Games.
