Charity VA Supporting Palestine Children Relief

In a world where every word holds consequences and every silence bears weight, the latter cannot be a privilege. As the world witnesses the horrors of war and its devastating impact on innocent lives, it's imperative to raise our voices against injustice wherever it occurs. It is our duty, especially being artists, to raise consciousness and awareness, challenge norms and narratives.

We cannot allow ourselves to overlook the ongoing crisis in Palestine. This is not merely a matter of political stance; it's a test of our humanity. If we fail to speak out against the slaughter of innocent people and the genocide unfolding in Palestine, we fail on fundamental levels of compassion and justice.

It's not about political affiliations; it's about standing on the righteous side and feeling the pulse of what's truly just.

With the power of technology, we are constantly connected to the realities of conflict, yet to stay silence in the face of such atrocities is deadly.

For that reason we brought 61 artists together to break this silence and stand in solidarity with Palestine, especially the innocent children.

In the haunting echoes of silence, where cries for help are drowned by the thunder of war, our music becomes a beacon of hope, piercing through the darkness to remind the world of its humanity.

Techno, Noise, EBM, punk, and experimental music—genres rooted in the ethos of creating alternate societies and challenging terrestrial limitations—have always championed freedom of expression. Yet, the contemporary landscape feels tainted by commodification, censorship, and the silencing of marginalized voices. This betrayal of the essence cannot be tolerated.

Our music is a rebellion, a revolution of sound, breaking chains of apathy and indifference, igniting flames of empathy and action.We are not just musicians; we are storytellers of the silenced, architects of dreams, weaving melodies of resistance and resilience.

Solidarity must be a foundational principle within our (sub-)culture. True freedom can only be achieved when all are liberated. Music, as a universal language, transcends boundaries and reminds us that every life is sacred.

la catastrophe kicks off this year 2025 with a very special guest from Buenos Aires.

Jack The groove is a DJ from Buenos Aires, vinyl collector and explorer of the primitive and avant-garde sounds of the 80's electronic music.

Postmemory is the positive influence of the timeless feeling that music maintains over time.

It describes the relationship that the later generation has with the personal, collective and cultural nostalgia of those who came before them, with experiences that they remember only through the stories, images and behaviours among which they grew up. But these experiences were transmitted to them so deeply and affectionately that they seem to constitute memories in their own right. Postmemory’s connection to the past is, therefore, actually mediated not by recollection but by imaginative investment, projection, and creation. Growing up with inherited memories, being dominated by narratives that preceded one’s birth or one’s own consciousness. It is to be shaped, however indirectly, by fragments of past events that still defy narrative reconstruction and surpass understanding, forcing personal interpretation in the present.
