This mix is a collection of Ukrainian ambient music made to feel safe, relaxed, and for yoga practice. 

It is so important to stay strong when our home is under the attack of ruzzian aggressors. Yoga discovers endless power inside body and mind and it is for real an eternal source of strength to fight evil. 

Please, help Ukraine to fight evil. You can donate to save children's lives, help with medicals, or help with energy supplies. A lot of civilians in Ukraine are suffering now without electricity and heating. Also, you can donate to military volunteers.

You can find different ways to help on STANDFORUKRAINE.COM also you can check @kyivangels and @livyj_bereh volunteers who provide help with supplies and house reconstructions.
