Nicknamed Tez as a kid, his mother could always tell he would get “Kash” in reference to his hood hijinks and trap lifestyle, which are the basis of his music.

In 2020 Kashmatics delivered his first solo project, Find My Self and also would introduce his 2nd solo project & alter ego Mr. 5.56 where the teenage rapper gives us a sobering foray into his struggles at home and his life running the streets of Roanoke, AL
