Untold is a new EP by Belarusian electronic artist @constant-current. All tracks on the album were recorded 10 years ago and since then have gone through numerous modifications. Music of @constant-current is melodic and atmospheric, but always based on intense technological rhythm. Album is completed with remixes by @firnwald and @optionica.

My latest track. A dark number keeping to the brief of the compilation of "dark energy". I structured the track around the moody chord progression of the bass line. I wanted to keep the other layers discreet and subtle. There are 3 sections to the track, building to the intense drone like ending which uses an insidiously increasing delay to create a large Soundstage. 5. SHALLOW - DEEP

We go about our daily lives without giving it much thought. In the morning, we wake up to the alarm on our smartphones, turn on the tap, wash our faces with the water that comes out, and brush our teeth. We eat breakfast heated in the microwave, oven, or on the stove, and then we take the train or drive to work or school.

If we don't pay attention, the day goes by without us feeling anything special. But this is not the norm. We are just standing on top of the layers of history that our predecessors have gradually accumulated through their wisdom and effort. And we are only part of the layer that the next generation and the generation after that will stand on.

This work imitates the accumulation of such invisible history in sound. The sounds don't build up, just five mundane five-minute drones, but if you pay attention, you'll notice that they change little by little. I believe that to observe this is to see the invisible history and to get to the essence of things.
