Moruki is a Moroccan Producer and DJ based in Spain, whose passion for music began in his youth. His career started early, organizing parties in Morocco at just 16 years old. His musical taste developed through collaborations with skilled DJs and promoters, and a 2004 discovery of electronic music led him to Spain's underground scene. A pivotal 2006 trip to Berlin cemented his musical path, and he has returned to play there annually ever since.

As a DJ, Moruki's sound is a blend of house, tech house, and minimal. He is known for weaving rare and surprising tracks into his sets to captivate his audience. This talent has earned him spots at renowned Berlin clubs like Katerblau, Sisyphos, and Watergate, as well as major venues across Spain, sharing the stage with artists such as Richie Hawtin, Ida Engberg, Phil Weeks, Olga Korol and many more...

With over 15 years of experience, Moruki founded his own event brand and record label @supervibe-music in 2017. The project is growing rapidly, featuring a yearly residency in Berlin and an expanding worldwide tour.

[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] proudly presents the 85th release — Rick Fox – Part of the Story LP.

Rivers of time flow through concrete and glass, reflecting a sky that still remembers the hum of old synths and the first breath of analog noise. In Zurich, sound and architecture live in the same rhythm. Rick Fox (@dj_rick_fox) returns to [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] with his second release — calm, precise, and deliberate. Part of the Story is a new collection from the Swiss maestro, composed in those rare moments when the city falls silent and only the movement of its spirit can be heard — where every loop of echo seems to know its own name.

Let’s start with the originals.
::: Part of the Story sounds like an inner monologue whispered through delay. A straight line, steady pulse, clean structure — everything is in its place. A story no one remembers, yet everyone feels.
::: Izpi brings light — a narrow beam in an evening window. There’s motion upward, but without haste, toward the space where sound stops being material.
::: Funny Cats — a short smile within space, a warm note that breaks symmetry. It brings unexpected softness — a moment of irony in a world of exact rhythms and dense textures.
::: Black Snow feels like a night recorded in motion — cold that keeps its warmth inside. A metaphor of darkness where snowflakes fall upward and the night glows from within.
::: Homecoming — a return to the point where breathing begins again. Not about a house, but about the silence that accepts you back. It closes the first part of the album — a memory that doesn’t fade, only grows quieter.

The remixes continue the conversation — in other voices.
::: A special remix by two Scottish fold-eared cats, Metatron and Kotya CatRMX from Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer (@enercube & @x_fr), turns Funny Cats into a pulsating organism where sound gains breath and form.
::: Nicolas Barnes (@nicolas_barnes) opens Izpi from the other side — his version is transparent and meditative, like architecture built from light.
::: Armin Bender (@arminbender) makes Homecoming intimate and precise — a slow movement through memory where every echo is familiar.
::: Noosa Sound System (@user-975386903-297870339) takes Homecoming far away — their Far From Home Dub dissolves on the horizon, in gentle defocus.
::: Giacomo Pellegrino (@giacomopellegrino) closes the cycle — his remix of Izpi rises like dawn after a long night.

Part of the Story LP is the mature work of an artist fully confident in his sound. No rush, no excess — only balance, space, and the memory of rhythms from which it all began. If Rick Fox’s first release on [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] was an introduction, this album is already a dialogue — calm, precise, and honest. Rick Fox speaks through detail. There is no drama in his sound — only equilibrium. Each loop and texture is built with attention to form, breath, and space. Part of the Story is music without tension. It doesn’t ask to be interpreted — it simply exists.

The electronic music I love spans from new Berlin-style techno and Clone Records-esque electro to gothy darkwave and all the way over to italo. You can hear this range in my monthly radio show The Ghost in the Machine. 

Thanatophobe lean heavily into the lighter italo sound - it's a bit of a guilty-pleasures set, full of unabashed emotion (which is what makes this genre so glorious) and a generous dash of French vocals, which I find impossible to resist. We’re sure you’ll enjoy this mix!

As far as i can tell i have been playing at Berlins legendary Renate club since at least 2012. Played the various rooms, various hours, my own label nights, agency showcases and countless direct bookings. Last weekend i had the honor to play from what seams to be the very last time. Sadly Renate have announced their closing at the end of the month/year. Looking back i realized i never recorded any of my sessions at the venue so made sure to do so now and share it with you. Hope you enjoy as much as i did and can feel the love from the crowed.

Biography: 
Formerly known as a techno DJ/producer and co-founder of Underground Noise Records — the first Uruguayan label fully focused on techno — he began his musical journey under the aliases Raptor K, Unbekannt, and others, releasing EPs, albums, and remixes on labels across South America, the USA, Europe, and Japan. In 2010, he introduced the moniker FloorFan, taking a more minimalist, dub-techno-oriented approach. After a six-year hiatus, he returned in 2023 with Horizons, his comeback EP, and has since released music on respected labels, with his work featured on podcasts and in clubs like Globus at Berlin’s legendary Tresor. Nevertheless, he likes to define himself as "just another fish in the ocean of electronic music."

Biography: 
French artist Angel Lebailly has been pursuing her love for all sounds that are deep, atmospheric, and dubby over the last few years. Influenced by the broader dub techno realm, sounds from Detroit, contemporary ambient music, nature, travels, and meditation, Angel found her voice within this vast yet refined spectrum. After some time spent in London, Paris, Tokyo, and Bali, and she now resides in Berlin, and hence her musical universe is a symbiosis of these international scenes.

As a producer, in 2025, Angel collaborated on various projects: remixes for Seabra Monkey, Francesco Tumbarrano, Ezra Collins to name a few and originals released on [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] and Crossfade Sounds, including an exclusive collaboration 4-tracker to be imminently released on Crossfade Sounds with The Open Circle. A new EP on vinyl/ digital is expected in 2026 on Odrex Berlin, featuring stunning interpretations by well-known dub techno artists.

As a DJ and radio host, Angel launched on Aaja music London a radio residency DUB ECHOES inviting producers friends to showcase their music. In the meantime, she played alongside TM Shuffle, Matthew Oh, & Ark at the notorious golden gate including other venues / clubs in Berlin and beyond. In 2024, she appeared twice as an opening artist of the Echocord showcases at Tresor/ Globus Berlin supporting legends of dub techno (Kenneth Christiansen, deadbeat, Sven Weisemann, Resoe, DJ Pete) while performing in Europe (London, Portugal, Poland, Guatemala).

Her sphere is not limited to music and is truly multi-disciplinary, encompassing journalism, spirituality, visual arts, and activism – exploring different ways to tell a message.
