Beyond The Soul

In the quiet architecture of twilight I found you,
Your silhouette swaying like a river’s bend 

Like a forgotten planet, draped in the silver of migrating moons,
We carry tides older than any ocean's plankton bloom.

Like a line of stone monoliths standing against a glacial wind,
We stand in stillness as constellations rearrange themselves just to 
Walk the night through a city of rain, 

Each droplet became a tiny lens magnifying our breath,
A map of somewhere unnamed etched between our palms,
Our hopes like rivers merging under the weight of a heavy sky.

Your voice was not a frequency but an orchard of dark fruit,
branches bending low enough for me to taste a future I had yet to earn.
I pressed my hands to your waist and felt entire seasons gather, 
ready to unfold like sails in a stormy sea.

You collect fragments of forgotten meteor stones,
I carry sketches of a dawn no one believes is coming.

Your mouth against mine is an sudden eclipse,
a slow folding of daylight into something softer,
shadows reshaping the corners of my name until it perfectly fits inside your healing breath.

You recast the ruins of me
into a doorway where another life might begin.

We are drifting; we are aligned.
We are two constellations in the shape of people
pressing thumbprints into the dark as though it were wet clay,
fashioning a terrain of intimacy out of distance itself.

When I reach for you, your body becomes a gallery of unspoken alphabets, and I am your hungry student,
a diver discovering a shipwreck perfectly intact beneath a thousand years of silt.

This is the raw air at the edge of a canyon where light pools like in shimmering waves,
as two figures kneel to drink before moving on.

This is the soft, unmarked passage of a comet streaming across an empty page.

This is us, naming our own stars without permission,
building a myth out of the quiet gravity of standing close enough to be truly known.


Cartographers Of The Heart

The album talks about all the fears that prevent us from moving forward, the fear of living, the fear of dying, the fear of trusting someone and being broken. It talks about this fog that surrounds us everyday and never disappears, this fog we are used to live with and is easier to tame than to fight.
