This is Phase 2 of the Boss battle Hana, from the upcoming Skyrim Creation Heart of the Mountain. Hana is an ancient Ayleid queen turned Voidmother whose dark presence has loomed over the Old Lands since the Merethic Era. Bloodborne and gothic horror were an inspiration for this theme.
