 Mesmer has been the broken beats pioneer in Romania since 1996. 
 Founder of the first Romanian breakbeat label Scarcity Records and responsible for producing the first ever Romanian breaks album, Furious Fish released on Sound Of Habib in 2008.
 Mesmer has quickly become known as one of the ﬁnest producers the country has to offer and has had support from many of the biggest names around: Annie Nightingale on Radio One, Jay Cunning on Kiss FM, Matt Darey's “Nocturnal” and many more. With releases on high profile record labels such as Future Perfect (of Hardcore Beats crew), Bombtraxx and Sound Of Habib, Mesmer is building a reputation as one to watch, and as of 2009 Mesmer has launched his own label Scarcity Records. 

 With an eclectic view, Scarcity drops mainly breaks and sometimes even tech-house, dubstep and drum and bass tracks for the dance floors worldwide while maintaining a catalogue of productions that sets a standard of quality. Scarcity has become one of the most consistent labels around today and recently won the “Best New Label” award at the biggest international breakbeat awards Breakspoll in 2011 held in London, UK. Tate.lay trembling in the dark tangle of weeds. Dripping stalks of nocturnal vegetables clutched and stirred around him. Poisonous night insects slithered across the surface of the fetid bog. He was covered with slime. His clothing was torn and ripped. Somewhere along the way, he ahd lost his B-pistol. His right shoulder ached, he could hardly move his arm. Bones broken, probably. He was too numb and dazed to care. He lay face-down in the sticky muck and closed his eyes. He didn't have a chance. Nobody survived in the bogs. He feebly smashed an insect oozing across his neck. It squirmed in his hand and then, reluctantly, died. For a long time, its dead legs kicked. The probing stalk of a stringing snail began tracing webs across Tate's inert body. As the sticky pressure of the snail crept heavily onto him, he heard the first faint far-off sounds of the camp going into action. For a time, he understood-and shudered miserably, helplessnly. The first phase of the big offensive against Earth was already moving into high gear.

F-WORD, a skilled breakbeat artist and known figure in electronic music, was born in USSR. His early musical influences were marked by energetic styles of Hardcore and Jungle. Over time, he turned to the roots of music, focusing on Funk, underground Hip-Hop, and IDM. This transition reflects his commitment to diversity and a deep understanding of musical contexts.

In his school years, F-WORD started crafting his own music, and during this period, he discovered his passion for breakbeat. This genre became his primary channel for expressing individuality and experimentation. Later he became obsessed with the art of DJing, seeing complex mixes as a separate form of art.

Today, F-WORD lives on the beautiful island of Phuket in Thailand. There he organized the iconic series of UK Garage and Bass parties called SUB. F-WORD's goal is to unite people through music and create unique sonic journeys. His tracks and remixes are heard all over the world: at parties, on the radio and in the speakers of electronic music lovers.
