My "Memories of Brasil" mix was broadcasted on 1st of February 2024 on the "Soulsearching" radio show on Frankurt, Germany radio station "Radio X".

Since 1997, German DJ and music journalist @mrsoulpatrolde broadcasts weekly his show from Frankfurt to the world. His  radio show explores the soul of music and finds it in jazz, funk, soul, disco, dub, house, folk, afro, electronica, hip hop - genre boundaries are dissolved and various styles are fused together. 

Whether 120 minutes from their own record box, in interviews with international guests, via "Inspiration Information" mixtapes by well-known DJs and musicians or new introductions, with the background of wanting to share and communicate this music.
An acoustic journey with depth, cosmopolitanism and humor, 
without dogma. soulsearching builds a bridge from yesterday to tomorrow - two hours in which the soul is dancing.

But it's the same set, more or less. It is long due I put this out there. A lot of what I call routines, layered tracks and live edits and stuff that happens in the moment. I put a lot of effort in it and I hope you enjoy this little journey.

Ein Riss in der Struktur. Das Muster atmet. Kein Anfang, kein Ende – nur Bewegung, die sich selbst verschlingt. Der Traktor rast, doch die Straße ist keine Straße mehr, sondern ein zitterndes Gewebe aus fragmentierten Erinnerungen, verschobenen Wahrscheinlichkeiten, einem Teppich, der sich selbst auftrennt, während er gewebt wird.

Das Geräusch des Zusammenbruchs ist kein Knall, sondern ein Flüstern aus Wellenmustern, die nie ganz auf Null fallen. Du siehst zu, wie das Raster flackert, die Texturen sich lösen, wie ein altes Band, das sich selbst rückwärts abspielt und dabei immer schneller wird.

Die Weberei kollabiert.
Der Traktor fährt.
Aber wo?

Vielleicht gibt es keine Antwort, nur die nächste Schleife. 🔄
