The song is simply a string of quotes from some of our favourite movies including, of course, some classic quotes from Popeye Doyle, as brilliantly portrayed by Gene Hackman, in 'The French Connection' movie.  Excluding The French Connection (and the poem), there are quotes from 9 other movies in the video ...as mentioned, there's also one wildcard, which is a quote from a poem and not from a film at all. So ..for the movie buffs out there, can you get all the other movies from the quotes and stills?
Admittedly, it is quite difficult to get all the films being quoted from just listening to the lyrics of the song, so check out my new video with corresponding stills which should make it easy to work out all the films that are referenced in the tune:

Here is Part 1 of my latest electronic, instrumental composition produced using my synth gear: Arturia Keystep Sequencer, Korg Volca Beats & Volca Sample, and my vintage Roland D10 synthesiser with a few VST (soft synth) plugins. 
I've been working on this project for the past month or so. DEDICATED TO OUR WONDERFUL NHS STAFF
I've been at home feeling unwell for a couple of weeks or so now.. consequently, I began working on this little instrumental tune just as the covid19 outbreak started to become a serious cause for concern here in the UK. In light of what's unfolding in the country, I dedicate my latest composition entitled 'Blessed Hope' to our amazing NHS staff in appreciation of everything you do for us ...especially just now at our time of need - you are so precious!!! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and hope that I've managed to produce something positive and uplifting that does you justice!!!
May God bless, strengthen and protect all the healthcare workers during the difficult and turbulent times that lie ahead 🙏 Peace, out xx
