The new soft-spoken, hard-rocking group from Baltimore debuted their full length live show at the Wolf + Lamb Marcy Hotel this March. Following in the footsteps of greats like Nicolas Jaar and PillowTalk, they were the first invited guest in over 2 years to perform at the legendary Brooklyn proving grounds.

Life on Planets is a duo that met in the studio lofts of their east coast hometown, whereby a collaboration fusing indie artrock and electronic music began to take shape. It was a pairing of two dramatically different personas, merging as one for a serendipitous, romantic sound that's now been signed to the Double Standard label. Life on Planets has also released music through Better on Foot, where the debut single 'Apollo' made waves in early 2014. The touring act features live vocals and guitar, backed by a dj/producer, dawning a long-awaited return to authentic songwriting in dance music.

Kleiner Background zum Konzept und der Namensgebung: 

Man kann sich diese EP wie eine Zeitkapsel vorstellen. Einen Behälter, in den man verschiedene Sachen und Dinge jener Zeit für die Nachwelt aufbewahrt. 
Das bedeutet praktisch: Man wird keinen musikalischen berühmten roten Faden finden, kein musikalisches Konzept. 
Es ist vielmehr eine Kompilation verschiedener Genres. 
Ich möchte mir zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt keinen Rahmen aufzwängen, in dem ich kreativ sein darf. Vielleicht ändert sich das mit der Zeit und meine Arbeiten sind als Gesamtwerk stimmiger. Aber aktuell ist es für mich das Natürlichste viele verschiedene Bereiche abzudecken und das auch öffentlich zu zeigen.

En 2004, il a commencé à faire ses preuves au « Kûba bar » à Bodrum (Turquie), puis en 2005, il a mixé à « l'Ultra sky », le club du groupe « Dadio's » à Cancun (Mexique). Depuis qu'il est installé à Lyon en 2007, il a été présent sur le parcours « Extra » des Nuits sonores en 2008 et 2009.

En 2011, il a participé à une soirée « Konnexion » aux côtés de Marc Twins au club de l'Ambassade (Lyon)...

Co-fondateur du Bar-Restaurant musical "le Plan B" à Lyon, dans le quartier des Brotteaux depuis 2010, Fab Nelli a contribué à créer un lieu incontournable pour les amateurs de musique.

Après la période de confinement due au COVID, il a relancé les soirées « Mix electro live » dans son établissement en invitant chaque jeudi soir des DJ de renommée internationale tels que Manoo, Claraa, Marc Twins, Rocco Rodamaal, Klément Bonnelli...

En 2023, il a mixé aux côtés de Claraa (Moblack Records) à Burning Man (États-Unis) sur le camp DC Résistance."
Actuellement il effectue de nombreuses soirées à l'Ambassade (Lyon), au Mood; il relance également la deuxième édition du festival Bohemia..

Fab Nelli, passionate about electronic music, quickly found his way into this musical genre by blending genres. As a DJ, he excels in Deep House, Afro House, Melodic Techno, and Techno.

In 2004, he began to make a name for himself at "Kûba bar" in Bodrum (Turkey), and in 2005, he mixed at "Ultra sky," the club of the "Dadio's" group in Cancun (Mexico). Since settling in Lyon in 2007, he has been present on the "Extra" route of Nuits Sonores in 2008 and 2009.

His sets are dynamic and gradually take you on a captivating musical adventure. As the co-founder of the musical Bar-Restaurant "le Plan B" in Lyon, in the Brotteaux district since 2010, Fab Nelli has helped create a must-visit place for music lovers.
