For the 27th act, Etang Brulant (@etang-brulant)is happy to yield the floor to the French duo ‘Les Maîtres Fous’ (@lesmaitresfous), composed by the musician behind ‘Les Maux’ or ‘brg’ (already seen on Etang Brulant, and Berlin-based imprint Ygam) and a French-language lyricist and singer that you can call from now on ‘Labolakis’.

For their debut EP, called "Le Tombeau des Météores", after two performances operated between Marseille and Paris, the duo confirms its talent with 6 powerful tracks and its unique vision of French variety, revisited with tr(h)ip-hop rhythmics or technoid drumkits, squeezed dry to let the soothing voice of Labolakis emerge from reverberated atmospheres or gabber-ish kicks.

"The Death of Icarus", WL//WH is pleased to premiere, unravels esoteric lyrics to dive into the metaphysical realms of being tempted by the divine, escaping the mortal flesh, and becoming one with the Universe.
Primal jackal howls radiate upwards through slowed, stark breakbeat rhythms and sinuous swelling deep bass pulsations, building a mesmeric tapestry of expanding horizons under deep heartfelt French vocal's ceremonial release of transformative energies, while stark, trembling, lonely resonant wistful chords and warm glowing synth swathes rise hypnotically into a soothing incandesce of celestial awe.
Les Maîtres Fous' upcoming 6-track EP "Le Tombeau des Météores" is slated for release on May 5, 2021, through Etang Brûlant [EB27].

Coming of Age is the debut EP from Oscar Celedon, the Santa Marta, Colombia native who has made a name for himself on DETOUR’s home turf slinging Caribbean-influenced rhythms and psychedelic melodic musings via productions and DJ sets aimed at inducing deep groove hypnosis. Across Coming of Age’s four tracks, Oscar paints with the palette of contemporary continental Techno. Sonic elements weave amongst each other to form a minimalist web hung from the high reaches of a cavern sporting 4 corners of massive sound. ‘Nirider’ sets the scene for the long night ahead with deliberate and deftly measured drums underlying a wire-taut synth. ‘Transitions’ send/return dub ethic loops into the nebulous space where Techno and House meet. ‘Pulse’ floods the zone with buzzing pads and a dread sawblade lead while ‘The DJ That Always Carries a USB’ brings the EP to its energetic peak with spiraling surround sound synths and stripped Caribbean drums. T4T LUV NRG is about to rock your stereo this spring with a sequel to the label’s first release “Raving Disco Breaks Vol. I” (2018). Eris Drew wanted to create a new sound for the second volume of her acclaimed mixtape series instead of simply retracing the pure disco vibes of the original. Setting her sights and intentions on creating a rock ‘n’ roll infected house mix, Eris worked on building crates for the last five years, finally reaching an inflection point—a moment of concrescence—when she was ready to put the needle on the records and let the beats flow. “Rock The House” was born, a concept for Volume II built from musical fragments, memories, and synchronicities. There are no classic Big Beat tunes on Volume II, instead Eris kicks out the jams for this mix with non-stop house and breaks cuts featuring plenty of rockin’ vocal vamps, as well as the likes of Janis Jopin, Joe Strummer, Ramones, and Led Zeppelin—all sampled, scratched and dropped along the way. Both sides of the mix include some of her most personally coveted recordings. To gather these records, Eris spent decades identifying tracks from older mix cassettes recorded by her DJ heroes, such as Terry Mullan and Mystic Bill, as well as discovering many of the featured tracks through happenstance and countless hours digging through dusty bins and YouTube rips. Each of the tracks on Volume II are at least 20 years old—some much older—but fresh is the word here, and the word is freeeesh!

Now, as the snow melts and the flowers of rave romance start to bloom, T4T wants to know one thing…Are U ready to rock right?

Acid Camp is excited to announce a new compilation album. The album celebrates the label’s 10 year anniversary with 35 artists—of which 25 are releasing with the label for the very first time.

As the largest release in the record label’s history, Acid Camp: 10 Year Anniversary Compilation dramatically expands upon Acid Camp All Stars Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 (both 2018) with more than triple the number of featured artists. Ten return to the label, including Eric Cloutier and Jeremiah Chiu, while Abby Echiverri, Bézier, Force Placement, and 32 more celebrate their first track with Acid Camp.

From Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Berlin to Tokyo, the artists represent the breadth of the underground and independent music scenes of the 2020s and underscore the collective strength of Acid Camp’s community since 2013. The release spans dancefloor-forward acid house and techno to ambient, downtempo, and funk selections. Lyrics are cut and collaged; synths are squelched; grooves are grooved.

100% of the album's profits will be donated to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), founded over 30 years ago in 1991. PCRF is the leading nonprofit organization providing medical care and diverse humanitarian assistance to countless children in the Middle East.

MM PREMIERES are meant to transcend the ordinary and immerse themselves in the sacred realm of music, beholding the unseen and embracing the new melodic tapestry even before it unveils itself to the world.


Today's Meta Moto premiere features 'Svezia Inferno,' a creation of the eclectic electronic producer Johan Gustafsson, who founded it in 2016 in Bordeaux after his tenure with the synth-punk band Black Bug. Hailing from Sweden, Gustafsson now calls Torino, Italy home. This upcoming release, set for April 24th, will be available on tape, CD, and digital formats through the label La Società Del Malessere.

The centerpiece of this release, 'La Caccia,' is one of two tracks on an EP. Gustafsson crafted it using a blend of synth samples, original recordings, and ambient sounds sourced from Torino. Inspired by the unsettling presence of a doomsday preacher whose amplified sermons echo through a nearby flea market, both tracks delve into the eerie atmosphere. The preacher's ominous messages, mingled with the surrounding voices and the rhythmic beats of ritualistic drums, provide the thematic backdrop for this haunting musical journey.
