ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find your trigger, common triggers:

C'était comment avant ?
J'distille mes banalités aux gens autour, j'crois ils en ont autant rien à foutre que moi. 

L'amour c'est joli, l'amour c'est joli, 
Ils s'tuent à l'répéter, est c'qu'ils savent dire pourquoi ?
Je sais, ça manquait d'poésie, 
Et toi tu remplis l'vide chez moi.

Ça manque de poésie.
Ça reste des mots quand ça vise pas l'coeur de quelqu’un.
Ça guérit l'mien 5h, avant les prochaines idées.
C'est sympa les p'tits textes et les phrases romantiques, mais l'plafond il m'guette de travers tous les soirs où j'arrive pas à en écrire. 

T'avais raison le vert c'est beau, 
Printemps, sous l'arbre allongé, fait des tâches de feuilles dans mon ciel.
Timide, j'me cache derrière les nuages.
Les couleurs j'm'en fichais. 
Maintenant j'ai tout compris, mon bleu il prend sens dans la tienne.

Mais en automne tu changes,
Cyan fuit, silencieuse tu tombes, disant que t'as jamais aimé nos teintes.
Cramoisie recroquevillée, mais toujours vivante.
Gris, sombre, sous mon manteau, 
On jur'rai qu'c'est moi qu'est fâné.

Tu t'laisses porter, 
Les bourasques de vents sur ton dos, 
Tes r'grets délaissés sur une branche
Tombe pas trop vite dans les carnets d'un autre.

J'ai tout lu, rien n'me concernait,
Ça fait mal. 
j'attends l'année suivante que les couleurs reviennent, que leur froideur s'étalle, 
J'ai envoyé loin les nuages, que le soleil te berce.
Sous l'arbre, à l'ombre, posté, 
J'attends devant ta place, mon bleu, ton vert.
Mon vert ?
Mon bleu, du vert ? Où t'es ? 
Je coupe, je peins, mais d'nouvelles feuilles n's'ront jamais toi.
T'es partie.

Ta trace, c'est des belles notes à qui on n'a jamais accordé d'jouer en mélodie. WAW BORDEL C BO
Et plus tu voles, plus les souvenirs s'remplacent.
Moi, il faut croire que j'suis bloqué ici, incrédule. Entre   qu'j'ai cru confondre avec les tiennes.
J'ai des noeuds dans la gorge, j'vois trouble, ce soir du ciel tomberont des cordes.
C'est ironique, j'demande toujours la même chose à la fin, oublier.
En sachant qu'repartir d'un bourgeon, c'est s'condamner à tout revivre.
Pourtant aujourd'hui, j'trouve que d'mander sa couleur préférée à quelqu’un d'autre se s'rait bien trop nul.

Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of an out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in an astral plane. The idea of astral travel is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife in which the consciousness' or soul's journey or "ascent" is described in such terms as "an... out-of body experience, wherein the spiritual traveller leaves the physical body and travels in his/her subtle body (or dreambody or astral body) into ‘higher’ realms. It is frequently reported in association with dreams, and forms of meditation.

Patients have reported feelings similar to the descriptions of astral projection induced through various hallucinogenic and hypnotic (including self-hypnotic) means. There is no scientific evidence that there is any measurable manifestation of a consciousness or soul which is separate from neural activity, and there is no scientific evidence for the contention that one can consciously leave the body and make observations. Attempts to verify that such has occurred have consistently failed in spite of the variety of pseudoscientific claims to the contrary.
