NAKED

Face of the Earth are a two-piece hard rock duo hailing from Cavan, Ireland. The duo are made up of front man Fabian Gillick on Bass and lead vocals and Siobhan Denton on drums. FOTE draw on influences from bands such as Muse, Royal Blood and Nirvana and strive to create driving anthems with a zesty flare. Although Fabian and Siobhan are only playing together in recent years; they certainly do not lack musical experience and have solid portfolios from numerous previous projects.

Fabian has being writing, recording and performing for well over 15 years. He has performed in bands such as "Hullabaloo" which he started while he was studying music in collage which lead to him to create solo projects such as "Broken son" and "Fabian gillick".
In recent years he formed a three piece rock group called "Pure Rapture" where Siobhan was the drummer. Fabian has been heavily influnced by great frontmen and guitar heroes such as Daniel Johns, Kurt Cobain, and Matt Bellamy. While playing with siobhan her eclectic tastes and drum groves have inspired a very promising musical relationship between the two budding musicians.

Siobhan has studied music at third level and in doing so has developed her musical creativity and broadened her ear to various world musics. She has played with groups of all styles including traditional Irish ensembles, rock bands, dixieland jazz groups and acoustic duets. Siobhan draws on influences from the rhythmic stylings of drummers such as Chad Smith, John Bonham and Buddy Rich to name a few and more recently has started to study afro-cuban and world rhythms.

With the release of their first EP due this year, Face of the Earth are hoping to expand their audience by providing some tastey riffs, beefy drum sounds and dance-along-anthems.
