Alexis Cabrera
As a self taught musician, Argentinian Alexis Cabrera started to experiment with music at a very young age. After having spent six years of conservatory studies, his music flourished. Cabrera’s style can best be defined as a tech house sound with groovy bases. He performs exclusively live, singing his own songs on the fly. His songs were released on labels like Mindshake Records, Bla Bla Music, Raum...Musik, Little Helpers, Kumquat Records, Time has changed, Great Stuffs and many many more.
In 2011 he co-produced Barem’s “After the Storm“, along with Barem himself, released on Minus [Minus 110]. 
In August 2012 goes on sale his debut album on Mindshake Records: “Ocean Between”, which is the only album in the label history.
He has participated in Boiler Room (Buenos Aires) with Barem and Ernesto Ferreyra in 2014. And also, he made several tours around United States, Central America (El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia) and South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Bolivia). 
Alexis Cabrera, based on Berlin, without any doubt evolves in the most renowned league of producers of Argentina and his discography shows collaborations with top artists of the world such as Barem, Federico Molinari, Someone Else, Kate Simko, Franco Cinelli, Paco Osuna, Lorenzo Bartoletti, Jorge Savoretti, among others.

Our analoque mixtape collection is crowing up with an outstanding tape from the argentinian artist Nektar Agu. It starts with a unreleased own production banger which contains his typically clear kicks and deep baseline. The heavy bassline floats just above the surface as a cool breeze of atmospheric sounds and make their way across. This mixtape is a good combo between a groovy-minimalistic and an atmospheric dancefloor killer.

Musik ist eine Leidenschaft, die mein Leben gänzlich umfasst. Beeinflusst von der Hip-Hop-Kultur, übertrage ich mein Wissen in die Elektro-Szene und dies mit Tracks, die das Publikum auf eine Reise miteinbinden.

Durch Ozo, einen sehr guten Freund von mir und Gründer des Bieler Labels Hochklang, habe ich das HS12 Team kennengelernt: Als Hochklang Resident DJ spielte ich an Dayraves in meiner Heimatstadt Biel, an denen auch Leo, Azad, July und Claudio ebenfalls spielten und es harmonierte musikalisch fantastisch.

Music is a passion that encompasses my entire life. Influenced by the hip-hop culture, I transfer my knowledge to the electro scene and play with tracks that involve the audience on a journey.

I got to know the HS12 team through Ozo, a very good friend of mine and founder of the Biel label Hochklang: As a Hochklang resident DJ, I played at day raves in my hometown of Biel, where Leo, Azad, July and Claudio also played and it harmonized perfectly musically.

Leo von HS12 lernte ich bereits vor über 15 Jahren im Aargau über meinen damaligen Freund kennen. Wir verloren uns aus den Augen bis wir uns viele Jahre später wieder in der Zürcher Musikszene begegnet sind. Auch in Biel  kreuzten sich unsere Wege wieder bei einem Booking: wir spielten an der gleichen Party und hatten unseren Spass zusammen.  Wenig später bekam ich mein erstes Booking bei HS12 in der Amboss Rampe und bespielte den Abend b2b mit She Nionika. Daraufhin folgte ein weiteres Booking im Klub Vieri. Mittlerweile kenne ich alle vier Crew-Mitglieder und man trifft sich immer wieder im Nachtleben.

English:

I met Leo from HS12 over 15 years ago in Aargau through my boyfriend at that time. We lost sight of each other until we met again many years later in the Zurich music scene. In Biel, too, our paths crossed again at a booking: we played at the same party and had fun together. A little later I got my first booking at HS12 at the Amboss Rampe and played the evening b2b with She Nionika. This was followed by another booking at Klub Vieri. Meanwhile I know all four crew members and they meet once in a whilte in the nightlife.
