The 243th release on Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint welcomes TD from Oslo, Norway to the label with his "Heart Disposal EP". The original mix got released almost a year ago on Sound Avenue's "Correlation Vol.3" compilation. Andrew Case & longtime label friend Hot TuneiK got invited to do a remix.

Finally, I can talk about this - my debut album Human is coming next year, March 10. This is the first single from it, Adrift, with my long running vocal collaborator Kathrin deBoer. I had a simple piano chord progression and a randomised percussion idea to give to Kathrin, who captured the feeling beautifully with her lyrics and jazz influenced vocal approach. It's more of a personal piece of music for me than a club track, which is the approach I've taken for the whole album.

Taken from 'Kasar Remixed', Robot Koch's sombre dub enthused reimagining of 'Gone' is one of 5 tracks from Kasar's 2014 album 'Walk On' that have been reworked for the remix album, each cut seeing a Sonar Kollektiv affiliated artist charged with delivering a vastly different take on the original works whilst retaining some of their character.

Easing us through the depths of March, we welcome Emotional Tourist back into the XYZ fold. Since the soaring reception to his remix of DSF’s Pouf, the Bucharest-bred producer has been firmly in the crosshairs as one to watch in 2021. After making waves last summer with a supreme EP on Kindisch, the Romanian released a stunning edit of Sade to claim our nod as one of the tracks of the year.
