My sister asked me to send a playlist to listen to while in labour, which i thought was a really fun task. I’m not sure if it helped, but here is a collection of the songs i sent. It ended up being a pretty self-indulgent exercise, but the idea was that i thought these songs would be nice to hear when you get born, depending on your taste in music as a baby.

Recorded an hour of listening music for WMBR, a student-run community radio station in Boston/USA connected to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The radio has been going since 1946 and has an impressive cd & vinyl collection. This show was recorded live in the studio after my fantastic tour in the americas back in February 2025. Vlada is a prominent figure in Russia's burgeoning dance music scene. She is a resident DJ at Moscow's landmark Arma17 promotion crew and one of the minds behind the city's Mutabor club and arts center, which opened only last year and has already garnered a reputation as a world class venue.

A formidable DJ and purveryor of groovy, minimal dance music, we invite Vlada to cut the ribbon on our new mix series. As an apt reflection of our current circumstances, Vlada steps away from the dancefloor and ventures into slower territory, all the while maintaining the hypnotic groove that is her hallmark.
