The long time Gottwood friend has come through with a live recording taken from his set at Hive Club in Tel Aviv last year. "I recorded this mix on a cozy evening with my favourite bottle of red & some nice mood lighting after a lovely trip back from Vinly-Vanguard in east London. A record shop run by 2 jazz enthusiasts with a fine taste for wax. Funnily enough 90% of tracks in this mix I discovered there over the years. Parisian DJ, Wendy, has been a prominent fixture in the underground for the last few years, with a steady stream of gigs around Europe and the US and a couple of acclaimed podcasts under her belt. One look at her Discogs page tells you this is someone who has done the work and then some; thoroughly mining the outer reaches of 90's house, techno and beyond.

This mix sees a more introspective side of her sound. Acid-tinged and hypnotic but still with a nod to the house she's become synonymous with, it feels perfectly at home in the series.

Emerging from the Romanian scene back around ten years ago as an accomplished DJ and producer, Bucharest's Funk E has been on a circuitous path since then, taking in gigs all over the globe as well as a residency at Underground in Ibiza. 

Despite releasing on a number of prominent labels, he's always kept a pretty small footprint; focusing on quality rather than pumping out a stream of tracks and mixes.  This one is no different and hints at an artist who's been steadily refining their craft.  In it you can hear the evolution of his sound; clearly with one foot in the Romanian landscape in which he cut his teeth but possessing an uncommon sophistication and depth.

This recording is an outtake of a 3+ hour warmup set in PRST Club, yet again showcasing why the nickname "groovemasta fitsch" fits so accurately. Great to have you on board friend, definitely one to keep an eye on.

Almost a year ago, @u-died aka Mare played one of the highlight set during our Halloween party… here is the recording! Two hours and a half of haunting tracks that clearly set the tone of this unique spooky party. 

Founding member of @Opaq-freq and @IsulaScience, he's been a very close friend for years and inspired us a lot. It took some time, but we are delighted to have him finally joining the Saga.
